Bathroom Remodel
ChemE Construction pays extra attention to detail when we do bathroom remodeling. We communicate with you regularly to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want, and help in the design process by laying out all the options before installation commences. Demo, framing, drywall repair, painting, tile, vanity installation, trim, and accessory installation are all done in house. Symmetry, uniformity, and ergonomics are considered when setting the tile — the net result is a bathroom that will likely exceed your expectations.
Brown Master Bathroom Remodel
We updated this master bathroom from “builder grade”. We replaced all the carpeting with floor tile, constructed a new shower pan, replaced the tub surround, and tiled the walls. A decorative border, soap niche, and hidden access panel added the finishing touch.
Gibson Master Bathroom Remodel
We upgraded this master bathroom with all the bells and whistles: 18"×18" floor tiles, 12"×12" wall tiles, a double border, double soap niche, and octagonal shower-pan tiles. Decorative glass inlays and medallions were strategically placed for accent. A shower bench, bubble-jetted tub, frameless shower enclosure, custom vanities, granite counter-tops, designer mirrors, and crown moulding all added to the “wow” factor.
Prause Master Bathroom Remodel
We remodeled this master bathroom for a more modern look: glazed porcelain tile throughout, a decorative border, and natural-stone coping. 2"×2" tiles were used on the shower pan and incorporated into the border. The coping had mitered joints and was notched out for the frameless shower glass enclosure. Custom-built vanities, granite counter-tops, and crown moulding finished out the job.
Princess Guest Bathroom
After completing the master bathroom, the Gibsons asked us to remodel the guest bathroom for their little girl — themed “Glitz and Glamor”. We replaced a pocket door, removed the wallpaper, repaired the drywall, installed crown moulding, and painted the walls pink. The bathroom featured a soaker tub, faux black-marble shower walls, ceramic tile floor, and a granite counter-top. A glass-tile mirror frame, diamond medallion on the floor, and glass chandelier provided the accents.
Comer Master Bathroom Remodel
We were hired to partially remodel this master bathroom. We constructed the shower pan, tiled the shower stall, and completed the set-out. French-style frameless shower doors were later installed along with wood floors. We returned to install the bead-board, baseboard, and other remaining trim before the soaker tub was installed.
Beckwith Tub Completion
We were hired to complete this bathroom remodel after the previous contractor disappeared. We completed the framing, added custom shelves, and tiled this uniquely shaped Jacuzzi tub for a flush look. The tumbled travertine tiles were wrapped around the enclosure and up the wall for symmetry. Drywall repair, painting, and accessory installation completed the project.
